Is the a manual dialer (soft-phone) for VOIP integration
I have integrated Zoho CRM with Twilio, and it's brilliant.
The click to call works great, but that assumes a customer record already exists.
Is there a manual dial option from within the CRM application.....i.e a soft-phone.....where i can just dial the digits one at a time and make a call. (Twilio does not supply the soft phone).
