Is there a particular directory to install the adaptor?

Is there a particular directory to install the adaptor?

Before I go further, I have installed Asterisk and works ok.  I have edited the files etc ready to copy to a directory on the Asterisk machine.  My question before I do this is, does the zoho folder need to be in a specific dir on the asterisk machine i.e. /etc/asterisk/ or can it reside anywhere on the asterisk machine?
