When performing their tasks, task owner often times need some extra info to complete it.

For example: the task (from a template) can be: "add new sku to overview"; however, this person needs to know what the new sku is.

I'm aware that you can add text in the description of the project, in the description of the task or in the title of the task list, but all these options are not optimal in use.

Is there a way to add a text field to the task overview of a project or a task list?  I'm looking for a very quick way to add some custom data for each project (only a couply lines) that's in the same view as the task overview.
