I have cloned a customized template we had in Zoho Campaigns, inserted and updated the mail merge tags for unsubscribe and to update profile, and copied the HTML code into a customized template found under setup in Zoho CRM. My goal is to use this template as a follow-up email to a Zoho CRM Webform we are using on our website. No matter how many times I try, I can't seem to get the merge tags to work. Any suggestions?
