• It is my understanding that the search function will search not only on the title of the document or the tag but it will also search the content of your document (OCR).  Ive done it a few times and have seen the following      

When it finds documents with your search word, the search word is not highlighted on the document which makes it SUPER hard to find which almost makes it useless

 

You cant seem to limit a search by specific folders.  It SEARCH ALL or nothing

 

The search seems to be about 75% accurate.  I examined a document (PDF) and search for words in there and sometimes it found it, sometimes it didn't

 

• There is no Desktop Sync      
• I looked at the forum and saw a thread that said that Zoho was working on one...but that was 2 years ago
• There seems no EASY way to download all your files
• I want to give this service a fair shot so Im uploading everything I can.  But if I happen not to go with this service, how do I go about downloading my documents?
• There is no annotations allowed on PDFs
• I just wish there were some basic annotations allowed like stamps (paid, copy, important, etc ), shapes
• The storage space is really limited
• Is there any possibility to get more storage beyond the 10gb?  Can I pay an additional $3 for 5 more GB ( I already plan to get 2 users and a $3 extra for the 5gb so for a total of 10but Id like to get 5gb more so I can also get my photos on here
