I am facing a problem i have yet to resolve. When Visiting the Knowledgebase in the helpcentre it wal always redirect, how do i stop this

Go To   https://desk.zoho.eu/portal/mycompanyname/kb/

This will then redirect to  https://desk.zoho.eu/portal/mycompanyname/kb/ support/

Support being a department in Zoho
