The new Assembly module has a counter-intuitive behavior that ought to be corrected.

When an Assembly is ready to be entered, there are two options given, the blue-highlighted "Assemble" and the gray "Save as Draft". This correctly implies that the normal / default action should be to save as a completed Assembly.

However, when using the keyboard to enter details of the Assembly, when the enter key is used to submit the Assembly, it saves it as a Draft status Assembly.

This is inconsistent with the color-coding, and it's the opposite of what I think the majority of users want as the default. There's currently zero functionality for a Draft Assembly, so I suspect the demand for this to be the default state is very, very low.

Please change the default entry when pressing enter to Assemble.
