How I can repair sync for a note with broken sync icon (look screen in attachment)?

I have many notes with this icon and I can't repair of those sync. I try using hard fetch from server and switching by versions of a note, but it's no has effect.

Example of steps:

1) Fetch all notes from server (double-click to "Sync Now" button)

2) Open the note (view modal window "Data conflict - This note had received conflicted updates from multiple devices. Choose the correct version before you edit this note.")

3) Open Versions

4) Select a previous version and click "Make this as latest version"

5) Open web application and change the note.

6) Sync Linux app and open the note.

Result: the note doesn't have the actual state. 

If it's need, I can capture a video of the behavior.
