I'm looking for a live dashboard to display in our office for the Sales team that analyses data from Zoho CRM and other programs that we've syncronised with Zoho CRM (so all the data is in one place so it should be pretty simple). 

Analytics in Zoho CRM: This doesn't work for us because the functionality is limited and the dashboards don't update automatically. One short-term fix might be to add an auto-update option because even if you set-up an auto refresh on your browser, it doesn't update the dashboard. However the functionality is still limited and this wouldn't solve our issue long term.

Motivator in Zoho CRM: This also has a dashboard function that automatically updates however its not possible to edit the widgets and you can only really display one widget per page which makes the dashboard function and the motivator system pretty useless. Also the system is confusing and a lot of the figures don't display correctly (ie. monetary values displaying without any comma's or currency symbol.

Zoho Analytics: This system is very good and pretty much offers all the functionality we need, however you can only synchronise once every 3 hours which isn't often enough for a live dashboard. It also doesn't bring the data through from Zoho Motivator which isolates this system from the rest of the Zoho range.

Is there anything that I'm overlooking?
