I’m looking for an experienced Zoho specialist to help build a mostly automated CRM and booking system for my service business.

I already have a live website built on Duda.co and need help integrating my existing forms into Zoho CRM (no rebuild needed).

Looking to build this in phases, starting with:

- Lead capture → Zoho CRM  

- Instant SMS + email response (Twilio)  

- Booking system integration  

Then expanding into:

- Follow-up automation  

- Missed call text-back  

- Invoicing + review requests
