Just started testing Zoho Assist today and somehow, I have lost the ability to select the "actual size" option while remote controlling a machine with a higher resolution monitor than my local one. My old eyes need to see the smaller type when doing support.  It was working earlier today.
What did I do wrong? How can I reset the view and re-enable that option?
