Mac Calendar - how to see my colleague's Zoho Calendar

I can't find the answer to this anywhere: I have subscribed to my Zoho calendar in my Mac Calendar, but cannot see how to subscribe to my colleague's calendar. I can see it in my Zoho calendar but not on the Mac.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?
