We are using the Professional Edition with CRM with Mail Addon to synch with Google Mails. We have additional 15 GB, but for one user it exceeds and his e-mails are not synched anymore.

Is there away that w can allocate the storage we purchased among the different users or how can we make sure all mails are always synching?
