Yesterday I spent a significant amount of time on the computer moving emails to different folders, and deleting several. This morning, I realized on my zoho mail app it still showed all the emails in the inbox. Nothing had synced.

I couldn't find a sync option in the app, so I went to the desktop and synced. It synced all those emails back into my inbox and now desk top mirrors my app, instead of the other way around. All that work is lost.

Please advise how I can prevent this in the future.
