Managing linked emails if we ever switched CRM?
Hi everyone, just trying to future proof here. The reason I signed up for Zoho Pro is because I love how emails are automatically linked to contacts, as my users do write lots of notes but frequently miss ones. My only concern is that the emails aren't permanently linked to records, as in if you delete the email account, the records go away and so on.
Was just thinking earlier that this might be problematic if we ever had to switch CRM systems, as relying on this as our way of notes would be a disaster if we had to switch and there's no way to link those emails anymore. We are happy with Zoho and I don't foresee switching but just wanted to find out what options there are to deal with this if any? Thanks!
