Maximising lead magnets, minimising barriers to access them

Good morning,

We are about to launch a tool on our website (WordPress), which is essentially a flow of Yes/No questions to lead to a guide / answer. We would like to make the tool free to use, but use it as a lead magnet.

The idea is that they will go through the flow and then just before the end, they will be asked for a name and email address.

It's the kind of tool that people will hopefully come back to use fairly often and would like to know if there is a way to collect lead info the first time, but subsequent times it either doesn't ask for them, or they're pre-filled so they don't have to enter them every time they use it.

Can this be done?
