Today, one of our colleagues name Seema (email: smehta@smefoman.com) had sent a meeting invite to some of our colleagues. The meeting was set up for Monday (7th Jan 2018) from her outlook.

However when the team received her mail, her name is showing as "ema" instead of seema and the date and time of the meeting is shown incorrectly as Jan 4th. However for the users who have configured email in their phonesm the name and timing of the meeting is shown correctly.

I have attached the email for your reference.

Kindly help on this as it has created lot of confusion in our office.
