Migrating from QuickBooks Customer Master and LACRM Contact list.

I have migrated our QuickBooks customer list into accounts.  We want to migrate our contact info from LACRM to Zoho Contacts.  We have never synchronized QB and LACRM, so the spelling of company names may not match up. What problems will this create in Zoho CRM?

We may move from QB to ZohoBooks in the near future.
