I use the Moble app every day - it is super easy to use and a great app.

But it has a huge limitation around call detail tracking and text message collection. 

I am using a 3rd party app (RoloCRM) that does most of what I need - but results in duplicates.

I would much prefer Zoho Mobile to cover this. 

Any ideas would be great - or does anyone know if Zoho Mobile team are going to enhance the app to offer a pop-up or in-dialer so you know who the caller is from your CRM? This reduces the need to have every client in your personal phone - when answering the call you can do so correctly. 

The option to make notes while on a call would also be helpful as well & could be accessed from the same tile (as current option does not capture all calls when you want to track all calls or you cant take call notes)

 

A black list or a "do not track" option would be very helpful so personal calls & texts to family and friends are not synced with CRM.

ps we don't use IP voice options as I get unlimited voice calls to NZ and Australia included in my mobile plan
