Mobile apps don't integrate properly with website
Zoho CRM doesn't correctly sync with the mobile apps. Examples of errors as follows:
- Leads App: Compulsory fields aren't all showing as compulsory i.e. on the web version phone number and email are compulsory, on the app version only 'company' is compulsory and all other fields can be deleted or ignored
- Leads App: App doesn't pick up existing clients causing duplication. If a client already exists in the CRM, should the app not go 'this isn't a lead, the client exists'?
- CRM App: Salutation isn't appearing before the First Name field i.e. instead of entering 'Dr. Example Jones', on the app you enter in the order 'Example Dr. Jones'
I'd appreciate if the app issues were resolved as it will improve data integrity in our CRM
