i created a website, and put in my own hero slides.
when viewing on mobile, it looks really bad. this is surprising because if i goto the websites "preview" and choose mobile view, it looks good.

i reached out to tech support and the answer was, this is the way its supposed to be.
i dont think they understand the issue. it just didnt make sense to me that my iphone showing the website didnt look the same as the "preview" of the mobile version.

to test this, i created a brand new test website, that used the full screen hero slides. i did not edit it at all, i just published it.
i then checked the preview, and the actual iphone version and they looked the same.

this tells me that my original website isnt acting as expected.
look at the attached screenshots showing the original "Main" website and the "test" website.

you can see with the test website, the mobile preview, and the actual iphone loaded web page look almost identical, as they should. then if you look at the "main" website mobile preview and iphone loaded web page, and you can see the look completely different.
