I am using Zoho CRM.

I want to monitor payments received from converted Potentials.

I connect CRM to Zoho Invoice. However, I cannot send invoices via Zoho Invoice. I am using for invoicing another system.

Is there a way, I can monitor payments without sending Invoices to customers via Zoho Invoice?
