My current contact/account list in Zoho CRM is not linked to my Zoho mail.

We are looking to use Zoho mail to contact our current customers and leads. We have been using Zoho CRM for quite some time already and thus have a large amount of contacts and accounts. When I finished setting up the Zoho mail, none of our current contacts/accounts are synced to the email. We are looking to do a mass email blast, but do not want to go through and add every contact email individually.

When I go into Zoho mail, it says I have zero contacts, even though the contacts module in zoho crm is packed. How to I transfer all of our contacts from the contacts module to our zoho mail?
