Resending this as I cannot see my earlier post.

My website cohereconsulting.com, built on Zoho is down for more than a week now with a message 'This site can't be reached'

My domain provider is znetlive who confirms that all settings are correct at their end and cname record correctly points to zhs.zohosites.com and advised to check with Zoho. 

Request help to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance
