My website service is not available (website down)

My website service is not available (website down)

I'm told it may have been down yesterday as well. I use publisher to update and publish but the site is no longer available. I can login and manage the domain with my service provider. The automatic domain renewal with my service provider took place recently processed (October 16th). 

Is there something that changed at Zoho?  Do I need to make additional changes with any of the records on the domain?

Please help as soon as possible.
