need help with domain configuaration

I signed up for a free .in domain from zoho couple of days ago. Now when I try to publish site to see if its working a pop up appears asking for domain configuration.I found that free .in domains are auto configured with zoho. If not then I don't know how to configure it. Can any one help me? Thanks.
