No Attachment in Contact Form
Hi, we created a site with a simple contact form that has a "file upload" field.
We set "Email Notification" to send an email with the contact data and "file upload" whenever someone submits the form.
The "file upload" data does not arrive in the email. By default all the data except the file upload is sent.
We have found a workaround in one of the forum threads to include a direct link in the notification email. The link looks like this:
But this link works only if we are logged into our admin account. However, the email notification are sent to a user that does not have access to our Zoho Account and do not want him to access our Zoho Account.
Can someone please tell us how to set the email notification so the recipient receives the "file upload" field as an attachment without having to login to our account?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
