No automatic call log using integrated VoIP provider
Hi,
We added Placetel as VoIP provider with Zoho. Our sales people are calling contacts by clicking the phone number in the Contacts detail in CRM. Zoho pops in a modal window at the bottom right of the browser. Colleagues are making the call, but call activity are never added in the contact open or closed activity list. When the call ends, the pop in window disappears. They have to fill manually a new call using the + call link.
Am I missing something so call are automatically logged in the contact ?
