Notes formatting

Notes formatting

I see that I can format this idea proposal with bold, underlines , colors, 
  • and 
  • dot points
    • even multi-level 
    • dot points


However, I cannot do the same for notes in leads, contacts, potentials, etc. in CRM.  This makes notes very difficult to read.

PLEASE add this function!!  My MOST IMPORTANT formatting feature is dot points (multi level).
