Hello, I have a two step approval process for leads, which involves filling out two forms.  The first form creates the lead, and I get a notification for this. However, when the lead completes the second form, the original record is updated, and I am not getting a notification when this happens. I need to be notified when a lead record is updated. Is this easily accomplished?
