Zoho Trident est une toute nouvelle expérience de collaboration, de productivité et de communication qui regroupe en un même endroit les e-mails, les messages, les appels audio/vidéo, le calendrier, les tâches, etc. Il s'agit également de la première application de bureau native de Zoho pour les e-mails et le chat. Trident s'éloigne des expériences de produits individuels, dans la mesure où Zoho s'efforce de fournir à ses clients une plateforme unifiée.


Zoho Webinar, au sein de l'application Zoho Meeting, permet aux entreprises de se diffuser auprès de milliers de participants et de dialoguer avec eux à l'aide de sondages et de questions-réponses. Effectuez une présentation en utilisant le partage virtuel de fichiers sans partager votre écran (ce qui permet de réduire la consommation de bande passante). Chargez les documents de la session avant le webinar et partagez-les facilement avec les participants pendant la session.

Zoho lance un nouvel outil de grammaire basé sur l'IA, BluePencil. Celui-ci apporte des suggestions d'écriture et un éditeur de texte qui peut être utilisé sur n'importe quelle page web tierce.


La fonctionnalité de glisser-déposer permet aux utilisateurs de gagner du temps dans l'utilisation de plusieurs produits de travail. Par exemple, glissez une pièce jointe à un e-mail et déposez-la sur le chat afin de l'envoyer directement.


Zoho met l'accent sur la sécurité en ajoutant à sa suite professionnelle des fonctionnalités de gestion des appareils mobiles et des e-mails protégés par un OTP.


La fonctionnalité TrueSync est désormais intégrée à Zoho Workdrive, de sorte que les limites de stockage sur le disque dur ne sont plus un problème. TrueSync crée un miroir de tous les documents de WorkDrive sur le bureau afin que vous puissiez passer de manière transparente du cloud à votre ordinateur. Vous pouvez accéder aux fichiers localement et effectuer des modifications sans utiliser l'espace du disque dur.
