One of my sites will not delete. Need help.

Hi, I have tried to delete one of my sites several times the last two days that never got published and it will not delete. It just has a pop up that says problem deleting site to contact support. One support link I clicked on just goes to something else. I am using the free site. Do I even get any support since I am using that? Is there a direct link to support so I can contact them? Thanks for any help.
