Option to Disable Knowledge Base Section in Feedback Widget Popup Hello Zoho Desk Team

We are actively using Zoho Desk and would like to make more use of the Feedback Widget. One of the ways we implement it is through the popup option.

At the moment, the popup always displays the Knowledge Base section, even if there is no Knowledge Base connected to the department. This creates an empty section in the popup, which may confuse customers. Additionally, even when a Knowledge Base is available, there are cases where we do not want to display it in the feedback popup.

We kindly request the addition of a configuration option that allows admins to decide whether or not the Knowledge Base section should appear in the Feedback Widget popup.

This flexibility would make the widget much more relevant and adaptable for different departments and use cases.
