Hello,  We have just installed the Zoho CRM add-in for use on desktop Outlook versions and the functionality seems to be very low.  Will there be improvements to this?

I would like to be able to search for records that we want to associated emails to.  Currently it will only bring up records that have a related email account.

Is there an alternate app that might better integrate our CRM with Outlook?
