I use Outlook 2013 with Outlook sync. Some negative Points:

- calendar Dates are not correct after sync, f.e. 14:00 Calendard Outlook = 00:00 Calendar CRM

- no automatic sync

- just one Folder to sync, if you have more than one calendar, Mailaccount, Task or Contacts = no chance
