Hi,

  Using Forms, I have a form where people upload an image file to help brand a report that will be generated via WebMerge or another service using WebHooks.  I cannot use Zoho Docs for this report because I need to embed charts in into the PDF report and the Word Processor doesn't support that functionality.

  In any case, I don't see a way to pass an image file URL to WebMerge, or any other third party web service.  So my questions are:

  - Is there a way to pass the image URL?

  - Is the image URL accessible to a third party service?
