Pass URL parameters from Zoho Forms to a WordPress Page

Hello Zoho team.
I have a landing page hosted on WordPress where an iframe of a Zoho Form is located. When I finish filling out the data and sending it, this form redirects me to another page hosted on the WordPress server.

I would like to be able to obtain the information from the First Name and Last Name fields of the form and that these are displayed in certain parts of the response page.

How can I do it? Do I have to do a configuration in the Zoho Forms iframe or do I have to configure something in WordPress?
