Password Assessment Reports for all users

I'm the super admin and looking at the reporting available for Zoho Vault. I can see that there is a Password Assessment report available showing the passwords/weak and security score by user. However I'm confused at the 'report generated on' value.

Monitor the security of all enterprise passwords in your organization. View the total weak passwords across employees or view the password score of specific users from the drop-down. Ensure your employees periodically generate their security score by simply clicking the Dashboard tab to get an overview of their data.

Some of these show as report not created or last generated months ago - why can't I have up to date information on my users password data. I don't like having to rely on each user to generate their own report, especially when it comes to company security
