User extension dial customer number via click2call but outgoing call timer doesn't start. However outgoing call dial out from extension to customer number without any issue from our PBX.

When user extension dial other user extension, outgoing call timer does start.

outgoing call timer just work for internal call, doesn't work for external call.

Zoho PB Adpater is not working properly, Also customer contact database for incoming call showing incorrect info.

Please fix these issues asap for Phone Bridge 

Phone Bridger Integration is really important features for PBX.
