Please check input values!!!

Please check input values!!!

Today I started getting a warning, "Please check input values!!!" when attempting to add a task from within the CRM email module.   See the image below.   This is something that I have been doing routinely.  As you can tell, the input values that I am adding are simple.   Because of the error waringin, I cannot add the task to my task list, with the only option is to cancel. Please advise.
