I want every user that registers to my site to capture his information and then pass them to my zoho CRM.

I have enabled the content Zoho lead plugin and the User Zoho lead at registration plugin. The problem is that the Joomla registration form which I am using has only limited fields for example it doesn't have a surname field and as a result the lead name which appears on my Zoho CRM is Not provided + name(which i had put in the form). I also have tried using the Zoho CRM menu item with the zoholead and formid but it neither works.Do you have any idea on how I can fix this?
