I would like to suggest that someone spend the little bit of time to polish the signer experience, and the email templates to more of a modern professional feel. They are currently very early 2000s and with some simple changes could vastly improve the look and feel. People struggle to know if the emails coming from Zoho sign are real or not because they look scammy.
