Potential & Zoho Financial Suite

I've read a couple of posts on the forum where people were able to get this to work via a custom function but I haven't been able to get it to work - can someone help?

I would like to enable a workflow that automatically updates the potential amount field based on the sum of the Estimates total from Zoho Books that are integrated/attached to the potential.
