problem adding H1 and H2 tags to our zoho site

I am trying to maximize the SEO of our site.

I checked the optimization using  https://toolbox.seositecheckup.com/apps/seo-checkup

An SEO analysis site says:
Your page contains H2 headings but some of them have blank content. H2 headings with non empty content are listed below:

and

Your page does not contain any H1 headings. H1 headings help indicate the important topics of your page to search engines.

I've tried having the headlines separate and within the Paragraph of content.
And thought I found the right way to add the h1 headers but none of this seems to be seen by the SEO tool.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
