I don't know what is going on, but my company just made the switch to Zoho from a competitor. All of our testing went well, but now the most important part of the product for us does not work at all.
When we add clients as client users, zoho does not send anythign out to them asking them to register. Their email addresses are listed under the client companies, but they have no way of coming to the site to register for our portal. Also, under bugs, we are not able to include our clients in email notifications.
The worst part is that there is no support whatever. I have submitted multiple tickets. One response was that it was a known issue and they were working on it. I asked for an ETA and got no response. Another ticket was asking about bug comments and they replied, a day later, with a response that addressed ticket creation and nothing about bug comments. My response pointing this out was not responded to either.
This is utterly ridiculous. We are going to have to pull the plug on this switch if these issues are resolved soon. And I hope this is an anomolie with support. Our old provider, for all its faults, at least responded to support requests in a timely manner and reflecting the capacity to understand what the problem was in the first place.
I am beyond frustrated at the moment.
