Problems with configuring domain names

Hi, whenever I make changes and then go to PUBLISH, I get the message below.  I have contacted the domain server and they have set things up their end (I do not have any knowledge of how this works!).  Although I get this message, when I then open another tab and go to my website it is up and running with the changes I've made.  My question really is why this message keeps appearing?

Y ou have not configured your domain yet.
You need to configure the domain  www.souldesigns.co.uk with Zoho Sites, you need to update the DNS settings.
Follow the steps below:
  • 1. Login to your domain providers's administrative console.
  • 2. Set domain forwarding for yourdomain.com to www.yourdomain.com.
  • 3. Set CNAME for www and point it to zhs.zohosites.eu
  • 4. Save the changes.
  • Note: The changes usually take effect in an hour or two, but might take a little more on rare occasions, and that depends on your domain vendor.
