Push back Bounced Status to CRM, similar to Opt-Out
I couldn't figure out how to push back bounced recipients to Zoho CRM?
This is very important. Thank you for advice.
Our email data process, great for cleaning out old lists:
- new emails get loaded by field, sales as CRM leads
- emails are synced into Campaigns
- campaign is issued and gets bounces
- Campaigns shall push information on bounced status to CRM e.g. Rating = Bounced
- sales have CRM views on bounced leads and can decide to update, research them or keep them bounced and closed
As we're Zoho CRM users, Zoho CRM shall be the ABSOLUTE data master.
