Que for incoming quote requests
Is there a way to build a "cue" functionality for incoming product quote requests? Much like Zohos "Cases" in which a support ticket is created and then it enters into a cue for assignment.
I would like to build a custom web form to collect information from our potential customer about the details of the product they would like us to provide a quote for.
Once submitted that quote request enters into the cue for processing.
What is my best course for achieving this functionality?
