I am currently using Zoho Marketing Automation and would like to integrate it with our company’s core system.
For this purpose, I am exploring the API options available to retrieve contact information.

Specifically, I would like to know if there is an API that allows me to fetch contacts marked as:

• Unsubscribed (Marked by Recipient)

• Unsubscribed (Marked by Sender)

independently of any mailing list. In other words, I am looking for a way to retrieve unsubscribed contacts that are not tied to a specific list.

At the moment, I am able to do the following:

1. Unsubscribe a specific contact using this API documentation:
   
   Lead Unsubscribe

2. Retrieve unsubscribed contacts within a mailing list using this API documentation:
   
   Get List Leads

Could you please advise if such an API is available?
