Question on how to get a list of tasks to include the associated documents

Question on how to get a list of tasks to include the associated documents

Someone uploaded the same document twice in a folder - it has the exact same file name.  How can I see which tasks have the documents related so I can remove the duplicate file and associate correctly within the correct task?  The export task does not contain any document references.
